Information on paper presentation

The impact of your research will increase with the quality of your presentation. Therefore, we would like to give you some guidelines to enhance your presentation and make the conference run smoothly. Please look up your presentation time and location prior to the conference in the detailed programme, which will be updated frequently on this website, so please make sure you check the recent version. We would ask you to be present at the session venue at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start in order to upload your presentation on the laptop.

  • Each presenter has 15 minutes to present his or her research.
  • In case you want to prepare a PPP, we recommend using the format (16:9).
  • Keep the amount of text on your slides as concise as possible.
  • Make sure that your tables, pictures and graphs are appropriate in size and quality
  • Please do not use animations so as to minimize compatibility problems.
  • Laptops (Windows) and projectors will be made available in every presentation room.
  • Please bring your presentation on a (virusfree) USB flash drive in MS PowerPoint or PDF format (.ppt, .pptx or .pdf). You do not need to send your presentation in advance.
  • Please note that due to the time restriction of sessions, personal laptops cannot be used for presentations.
